Description of Yamaha AS108II PA Speaker (1x8 in.) The AS108II is a pair of 8 in., two-way acoustic suspension loudspeakers. They use a long-travel, composite woofer with a butyl-rubber surround and feature compression-style tweeters, mated to 60 by 40 degree horns for long throw and smooth coverage. The cabinets are finished in a durable ACX textured coating that stands up to rough handling and exposure to the elements. Integral pole sockets allows easy stand or pole mounting for getting the sound out over the crowd.
