I wish it had a strap peg behind the neck (I don't like tying the strap at the neck). The wood has a nice sound. Quality: Seems pretty solid. The finish is consistant (black). No loose parts or buzzing. Seems like it will last though I wouldn't want to drop it too much. Value: This is one of the best ACoustic/Electrics for the money. In fact better than some that sell for 2-300 more. Desirability: It has a nice cutaway, and great sound. Solid spruce top, tuner, and looks nice. I have no sexual attraction to acoustic guitars. (now Electrics!) Sound: Played acoustic it is warm, brite and loud. A nice even tone for a guitar in this price range. The electronics give you a great variety of tone choices and the built in tuner is easy to use and accurate. It covers many styles and records really nice. Ease of Use: The frets are just right and it didn't need a set up. Very easy to play. Support: No Idea. Overall: Overall for the $$$ It would be hard to beat. Great guitar.
