Reviews for Stanton S250 Single Top Loading CD Player Quality: Worked great for four months. Then it would skip occasionally or not read a particular CD. I noticed skipping on other people or not reading. Baby it, power down and start over. It would work fine for a few weeks. One day timer screen went out. I thought I'd kicked out the power cord. By the next week, it stopped reading most CD's, had to switch mid-session to an old front load slide unit. A friend had one and she had to send hers for repair twice in the first year. Value: Over priced it if is only going to last six months. Desirability: At the time, it was a practical addition to my setup.
