Reviews for Samson Resolv 2.1 Powered Monitor/Subwoofer System Feature: Included TRS cables to run the system balanced and also a remote for the system control. I don't know what other features I would really need besides what it comes with. Quality: The monitors are built like tanks. Heavy, and solid. Comes with 3 year warranty from Samson, pretty good IMO. Value: For 400 bucks you cant beat what this 2.1 system has to offer. For my home studio they rock. Desirability: I already got it, can't be happier. Sound: I heard a couple other pairs of monitors in the same 300-400 dollar price range (Event TR5, KRK Rokit 6) and the Samson 2.1 system appealed to me more since it included a subwoofer. I have these up on some MoPads and the sound is incredible for the price. I gave it an 8 because to me the highs are not as detailed as I would like, but the low end and mid range are clean and accurate. The 8" sub that is included is also clean on the low end. Support: Havent needed it yet. Overall: For those people who don't like them or are skeptical because they are Samsons, grow up. These monitors will keep up with your Events or KRKs anyday.
