Quality: The product breaks easily and quickly at the clutch base Value: A defective product is never a good value, no matter the price. Desirability: The appeal is great, citing ease of use. Sound: N/A Ease of Use: The clutch releases quickly and easily Support: The company that made the product will not return my e-mail. They are in Italy and do not list a phone number on their web site. Overall: I am very unhappy with the product. We have had to replace 3 of the 4 stands purchased in February of 2006.
