Value: Like I said above...nothing like it for the price. A GREAT deal. Sound: Very close to perfect....SMALL form factor, all TRS (balanced) inputs...VERY well made. There is NO interface for anywhere near this price with this many analog inputs...EASY to use on both PC and Mac platform. MOTU supplies GREAT drivers, and updates them as needed, but generally VERY solid out of the box. MOTU support via PHONE is TERRIBLE, although they do SOMETIMES respond via email...that's about all negative that I can say.I really don't understand the poor reviews here... Support: see above. Weak via phone, BUT great website with regular posting and GREAT drivers...not much help generally needed. I'm a long time MOTU user, and I can't remember having any hardware problems...
