Reviews for Marshall Electronics MXLV69 Mogami Edition Studio Microphone with Case Quality: The gold finish makes the microphone look cheap and not very well made. Value: Excellent value. Desirability: Like I said the toy gold finish gives it negative sex appeal. A simple silver finish would have made this mic more professional looking. Sound: I had previously owned a 48 track analog studio in Manhattan. Most of my albums were recorded using a U-87 for my vocals. I like this microphone so much more. I've tried vintage tubes on my voice, and a 414 - this is far superior. I never knew my voice could sound so good. Ease of Use: Plug it in and it works. Support: No problems as of yet. Overall: I would buy this again - I just love the sound.
