I also downloaded GEARBOX ,LINE 6 Edit and Tone port , each helps you in recording you own stuff as well as fine tuning your sound . Quality: have no problems as of yet !! Value: THE BEST Desirability: ITs BLACK is that sexy Sound: I think it has a lot of tones to work with as well as Amps , you can customized your sound the way you want it , and when you hook it up to the computer you can fine tune your sound and tweak it just right. I've had mine for over a year and still haven't went thru everything and all the different settings . It makes playing Guitar exciting and fun . Ease of Use: Its all a learning process and its not hard to learn . Support: THE BEST TONES you can get and always lets you know when you need up dates , and I've used the online help and they were great people and very helpful .
