Reviews for Ibanez PD7 Tone Lok Phat Hed Bass Overdrive Pedal
Feature: it has clean, overdrive, and distortion on it. it has an attack knob which changes the sound like set on 2 it can make clicking fret buzz type sounds like Fieldy from Korn but it amplifies so much amp static that it isn't useful at all unless you have a noise gate pedal. it has low and high EQ knobs so you can play with the distortion's sound and get more low end. pretty useful.
Quality: the product ios pretty sturdy. it is really reliable and i am not worried it will break. seems like it will last a while.
Value: it's about half the price of the Boss ODB-3 and sounds just as good.
Desirability: it's features and designs are really sweet. it's an ugly pedal but rocks. shouldn't judge things cuz of it's looks cuz this pedal sounds good.
Sound: it sounds really good. better than the boss. i like to use the overdrive but the distortion is better too. I'm using this with an Ibanez SR400, Ampeg BA112, and Boss limite/enhancer compression pedal. doesn't change tone at all when off. i'm using this to play around and come up with cool solos and stuff like that.
Ease of Use: it's easy to get sweet sounds out of this. the EQ is really tight. tweak the low end and high end. it is easy to use with other pedals and doesn't suck any tone at all when turned off
Support: dunno haven't dealt with them lol
Overall: i will prob use it for a while. i'd replace it if it was lost or stolen
