Quality: Its solid. Looks great. Feels great. Value: Great value. Great bang for the buck. Paid $2100 w/ the digital card option. Would've paid more if i had to. Desirability: Its a great 4 channel unit. Pretty damn sexy!!!! Others i'd want also are the API 3124 ($3300), or the Great River MP2NV (2 channel pre $2150) Sound: This is a very unique pre. Transparent, yet somewhat colored. Best out of the new ISA range bunch as a mic pre. Great on acoustic instruments. Musical sounding pre. Support: have not used their support.
