Reviews for DR Strings EXR11 Extra Life Acoustic Guitar Strings Quality: Due to globbing the coating on, I give them a 5. Value: These strings aren't worth the price. I think I paid around 10 for acoustic 6 string set. Elixir are around 12. Sound: I stopped by the local guitar store to get my usual Elixir acoustic strings but they no longer carry them. Instead, I tried the DR longer life competetor. Yuck. They sounds sound as nice, they squeak a lot when moving around the neck, and there are rough spot on the strings where the coating seems to be globbed on. So sound is 5. Support: No, I'll just go back to Elixir and avoid this brand next time.
