Reviews for SKB 88-Key Slimline Keyboard Case With Wheels (Model 5817W) Quality: This case isn't all it's cracked up to be. I have a 50-pound keyboard (Kurzweil PC88MX) that's been mildly damaged twice from the bumps it received through normal gigging inside the case. It's very heavy, but doesn't protect that well--the center handle once pulled off halfway when the case/keyboard was picked up, and just by pulling one of the end handles to roll the keyboard/case along, the metal bent and curved. I wouldn't trust this on a plane, ATA-certification or not. Desirability: I thought it was going to be the perfect case, because I wanted something highly protective and SKB's guitar cases are wonderful. Support: I needed to get the case repaired (see above), and SKB's customer service was friendly and helpful, hassle-free.
