Reviews for Arturia Storm Virtual Music Studio (Macintosh and Windows) Feature: If there is a way to import WAV files into the product, I have not found it. Quality: The best quality of this product is the box it came in. Value: If it were free, I may give it a higher rating. Desirability: I don't want it... I want to get rid of it. Expensive lesson to learn. Sound: After having spent two days installing the softwear on my computer (which is well within the manufactures specs) I have to admit, the sound quality was good. But it doesn't take much to produce good sound on a computer. Support: I have tried four different times to email the company for tech support. It has been over a week, and I have not recieved a response. I have sent them every phone number, mailing address, and email address I have... nothing. The first guy that wrote a good review of this product either works for the company, or lives in France, which is where the product is made.
